Shipping & Return
South African Orders
A delivery fee of R100 is added to all orders.
Delivery time is between 3-7 working days once you have received your order confirmation email (stating that your order has been fulfilled). You will receive your tracking number along with your confirmation email to track your parcel online.
Your parcel will be delivered to your address between 8am and 5pm on the delivery date. The exact timing will depend on the courier schedule.
Please send me an email at email@example.com if you have any other questions or for international delivery. Duties and taxes of foreign countries to be paid by customer.
Our return policy lasts seven days (7 days). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if such a request is made more than 7 days after the arrival of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
To return your product within South Africa, please send us your physical address, telephone number and email address and we will arrange the Courier guy to collect from you. Packaging the item thoroughly will be your responsibility.
International shipping returns will be at your own expense and not paid for by Kelly Higgs.
The time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your geographical location.
We pride ourselves on using only the finest raw materials and strive to manufacture our products to the highest quality standards and, thus, our wish is for no returns to be made. However, in case a return is necessary, we will strive to make the process as easy as possible.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Defective products can be logged through the ‘Contact’ tab on my website.
Should a product be defective, we are more than happy to assess the defect and either repair the identified defect, or exchange the defective product.
Kelly Higgs reserves the right to decide whether the product should be repaired or exchanged based on a physical inspection of the defective product.
A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:
- Damage arising from normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from any alterations to the product;
- Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product;
- Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.
